About the role

CAE x SIMCOM is seeking a qualified Challenger 350 Instructor Pilot to deliver ground school and simulator training during Initial, Recurrent, or specialty courses. This role adheres to CAE x SIMCOM training standards, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or state‑issued equivalent
• Minimum of 3,000 of total flight hours
• Hold an unrestricted ATP certificate and one unrestricted PIC type rating
• A passion for teaching supported by strong communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and other internet‑based programs)
• Must participate in CAE’s DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program
• Must be authorized to live/work in the United States
• Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Associate’s degree or college degree preferred
• Previous teaching or training experience preferred
• Experience flying business aircraft is a plus (135 Operations)
