About the role
5 Star Cares is hiring two dependable, experienced House Managers to oversee daily group home operations, supervise staff, support residents, and maintain compliance with agency policies and applicable licensing requirements.
What you'll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of supervisory/lead/management experience, including 1 year in a group home or residential care setting.
- Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate electronic records.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current and valid CNA licenses
- Valid Drivers’ License
- Eligible to complete an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening Florida Care Provider Background Screening Information (House Bill 531): https://info.flclearinghouse.com
- Local Laws
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications, or ability to obtain and maintain them as required.
