We are looking for a Hospice Aide – CNA to join our Beacon Hospice team. The Hospice Aide is responsible for delivering patient care services under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, as outlined in the care plan. What you'll bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current state certification (or registration) as a nurse assistant as per state certification/registration requirements.
- CNA experience within the last two (2) years.
- If it has been longer, you must complete another training and competency program before providing services.
- Must be able to reliably commute to multiple patient residences daily within the geographic area assigned.
- Successful completion of a competency evaluation prior to patient care.
