This is a W-2 annual salary role that is market competitive and based on experience
What you'll bring
- Nurse Practitioner with an active, unrestricted licensure and authorized to practice in the state of practice
- Primary specialty in one of the following: Family Medicine/Family Practice, Internal Medicine, General Practice, Psychiatry
- DEA Certificate of Registration in the state of practice with ability to schedule 2, 2N, 3, 4, & 5
- Must have or be eligible for enrollment for Medicaid and Medicare credentials
- Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice
- Experience in addiction medicine
- preferably with experience treating patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) and/or providing medication for opioid use disorder
