The Downtown Campus Pastor serves as strategic leader and spiritual shepherd of Ecclesia’s Downtown location — a diverse, multicultural, multigenerational community at the heart of Houston. Rooted in Ecclesia’s identity as a multidenominational family, the Campus Pastor cultivates rhythms of worship, discipleship, and service that embody the values of hospitality, formation, and compassion for the most vulnerable in our city. We seek for every facet of our Sunday gatherings—hospitality, music, children, students, formation, and outreach—to come together as a holistic act of worship, embodying the Gospel and ushering in the Kingdom of God through the power of the Spirit and the way of Jesus.
