As a Data Science Analyst , you'll partner with teams across the organization to develop data-driven solutions that improve processes, uncover insights, and drive better business outcomes. This role offers exposure to a broad range of projects and stakeholders, providing opportunities to apply analytics, automation, and data science techniques to real-world business problems. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, technically skilled, and driven to go beyond reporting to identify patterns, generate meaningful insights, and build scalable solutions that create value.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Four to five years of statistical and/or data analytics experience
• Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, and predictive modeling
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets
• Experience with SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation
• Experience with Databricks, automation technologies, or data engineering concepts
• Experience developing analytical models, workflows, automation solutions, or AI-enabled capabilities
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Experience partnering with stakeholders and presenting analytical findings to diverse audiences
