About the role

The Licensed Journeyman Electrician will provide on-site installation, servicing, diagnostics, and repairs for a customer’s electrical products and equipment.

What you'll bring

• Journeyman or interprovincial Red Seal Certificate in electrical.
• Experience using pressure and/or electrical test equipment to troubleshoot systems.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID) drawings.
• Ability to work long hours and participate in on-call schedule as required.
• Proficient computer skills
• Standard First Aid/CPR with AED, H2S Alive, CSO, CSTS.
• Verification of a clean driving record, as defined by Control Tech’s standards (e.g., no major violations, no more than 3 infractions in the past 5 years).
• Technical training or experience in the oil and gas industry is an asset.
• the ability to learn and use an ERP system, IFS w/ Aurena Tech Portal preferred.
