About the role
🤝 You are a hands-on GTM builder , passionate about customers, efficiency, and craft 📈 You’ll drive Jitter’s growth on the mid-market segment ($2–25k ACV), building a streamlined GTM engine that converts larger teams and expands accounts with low friction 🎯 You’ll be the first GTM hire , working directly with the CEO 📍 Based in Paris (in-person) – Relocation support available 🇬🇧 International team , English-speaking
What you'll bring
- You are a hands-on GTM builder with a strong product mindset and a high bar for craft.
- You enjoy cracking messy GTM problems, rolling up your sleeves to run deals yourself, and then turning what works into systems that scale.
- You’re driven by efficiency, leverage, and quality, and you care deeply about how creative teams experience the tools they use.
- Experience selling to or working with designers, creative teams, agencies, or studios
- Firsthand exposure to design-led companies or tools (e.g. early GTM at Figma, Notion, Framer, Linear, Canva, Attio, Clay)
- Background in business development or partnerships at a design studio or creative agency
