About the role
As Raidium’s first business developer, you will embody the business aspects of the company, which are currently fulfilled by the founders, the COO and the partnership team. You will be managed by Raidium’s founders Paul Hérent (CEO) and Pierre Manceron (CSO).
What you'll bring
- Master’s degree in business or in a scientific field;
- 4+ years of experience with business development
- Experience in complex business pipelines: healthcare, industry, agro etc.
- Experience with managing and structuring sales teams.
- Strong communication, analytical skills, team player and data driven mindset;
- Fluency in English
- Experience with the US culture
- Experience with the healthcare sector, including distribution, reimbursement, pricing etc.
- Knowledge of medicine and biology;
- Experience with agentic AI and foundation models.
- preferably related to biology, healthcare, machine learning / AI
