- Experience with 2+ ERP applications 1+ year process ownership a plus Proficiency in "as is" process definition, gap analysis, "to be" business creation Participation to 2+ transformation projects Demonstrated effective writing skills Proficiency with 1+ methodology, such as Rummler-Brache, Hammer, Lean Six Sigma Project management experience Supervisory experience is a plus
