About the role

As a Financial Coordinator, you will play an important role in helping patients and families understand the financial side of their orthodontic care. You will be responsible for insurance verification, patient accounts, payment arrangements, billing and collections, and communicating financial information clearly and compassionately.

What you'll bring

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to discuss financial matters confidently, professionally, and compassionately with patients and families.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Previous experience in dental or orthodontic billing, insurance coordination, patient accounts, or a similar financial role strongly preferred.
• Experience with dental or orthodontic practice management software is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
