We provide comprehensive on-going training and pay all licensing costs. You are paid while you learn! Licensed agents preferred, but will accept those who want to launch a new career! Not licensed? No problem, we will provide you a career path with a realistic time frame for becoming a licensed agent and a top producer. We pay all licensing costs, all commissions are uncapped, and sales leads are unlimited! The only limit is your level of motivation. You bring your phone and sales skills, we provide the rest!

• Proficiency with computers and the ability to multi-task
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be available to work full-time
• Our hours of operation are M-F 8am - 5pm
• Excellent communication skills - Bi-Lingual in Spanish a plus, not required
• Current Health and Life License a plus, not required
