This role is responsible for fostering advisor engagement, strengthening key relationships, and ensuring a best-in-class client experience through operational excellence and strategic problem-solving. The ARM is a subject matter expert, supporting advisors with complex requests. What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.5 years of progressive experience within broker-dealer, RIA, custodian, or clearing firm organization.Strong knowledge of custodial and clearing platforms including Fidelity, Schwab, Pershing, or others.
• Strong relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High degree of professionalism, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding advisor experienceAdvanced problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities. -Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex situations in a dynamic environment.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and advisory advocacy.
• FINRA Series 7 and/or Series 66 (63/65) preferred, additional industry licenses and designations are a plus.
