About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support day-to-day operational activities across the organization. You will assist in collecting and maintaining data, monitoring team inputs, and helping ensure accurate and timely reporting.

What you'll bring

• 1–4+ years of experience in project operations, project coordination, or technical/engineering support
• degrees in Business, Communications, or related fields also welcomed with relevant project operations or technical coordination experience.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple technical and operational priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Skilled communicator who thrives on teamwork and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering.
• Innovative problem-solver with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within technical operations and contribute to building scalable, efficient team workflows.
• Strong data analysis mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
• Exposure to project environments such as engineering, utility-scale solar, or similar industries, including familiarity with civil/geotechnical, structural, or electrical deliverables (e.g., foundation design, racking/tracker systems, grounding, cable sizing), is a plus.
• Experience supporting technical deliverable tracking, KPI tracking, data management, reporting, or timesheet coordination preferred.
• preferably within engineering, construction, or energy industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline) preferred
