About the role
Ferguson is currently seeking Warehouse Associate Equipment Operators for our Chandler, AZ distribution center. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience who take pride in safe, accurate, and dependable work. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
What you'll bring
- Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands
- Experience with, or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems
- Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements
- Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
