About the role

The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that our customer's experience is positive and timely by answering calls, prioritizing service needs, and entering data in an organized and purposeful manner.

What you'll bring

• High School diploma or equivalent. • Minimum 2 years of related experience in customer care coordination / administration. • Proficient in AS-400 and MS Office Products, including Excel. • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. • Must be well organized and able to effectively manage time.
