About the role
We are seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer to lead the planning, design, and delivery of essential infrastructure projects that support sustainable, high-performing communities. In this role, you will provide technical leadership in delivering water and wastewater solutions for municipal and public agency clients. You will also play a key role in mentoring staff, managing projects, and contributing to the growth and success of our water practice. This position can be based out of our office in Louisville, KY or Jeffersonville, IN.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Typically requires 12+ years of relevant and progressive water and wastewater engineering experience.
- Proven success in managing large and/or complex projects.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software and tools.
- Proficiency with relevant engineering software and tools for design, project management, and analysis.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Valid Driver's License
