About the role
If this describes you, we are looking for a Systems Engineer to join our team. The mission of the position is to provide excellent technical support to our clients while delivering exceptional customer service during those interactions. This position will focus on design, implementation, configuration, diagnosis and resolution of issues related to infrastructure-focused technologies. This includes but is not limited to: workstations, servers, printers, networking, and vendor specific hardware and software. Employees should have enthusiasm for helping customers leverage the best technology to solve their business challenges.
What you'll bring
- 6+ years of experience in technology industry
- minimum 1 year of consulting experience
- Achieve and maintain relevant technical certifications
- Communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
