About the role

The Pace Contracting Superintendent for Commercial Building  is responsible for providing planning, supervision and documentation for commercial building ground up construction and renovation. The Superintendent provides the necessary managerial support and leadership to ensure safety and operational success.

What you'll bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial building projects.
• 7+ years of hands-on field experience in commercial construction
• Strong ability to interpret construction documents, drawings, and schedules.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Procore or Vista is a plus.
• preferably with a carpentry and foreman background.
