About the role

This position is responsible for the successful execution of account and territory strategies for assigned broker dealers distributing TruStage Annuities. This role will help manage day to day activities of designated wholesaler(s); these include setting appointments, developing sales plans, providing marketplace feedback and assisting in the building of market strategies.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of sales, marketing or customer service experience in the financial industry.
• Strong knowledge of investment and/or insurance products.
• Demonstrated sales & marketing knowledge of annuities and variable products, and their appropriate applications within the context of a needs-based sales process.
• FINRA Securities Industry Essentials Examination, Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses required.
• Life and Variable Licenses required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Exercise sound judgment and solid decision making for allocating company resources for business development.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently and perform under pressure.
• Proven ability to grow a sales territory.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong territory management, independence and organizational skills.
