About the role
We are seeking curious, motivated, and adaptable engineers to join our Strategic Engineering Experience and Development (SEED) Rotation Program. As a Rotation Program Engineer, you will contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced engineers and industry professionals, and develop a strong understanding of how engineering functions work together to support ATC's mission. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys learning, solving complex problems, building relationships, and exploring different engineering paths before selecting a long-term career focus. You build trust with mentors, leaders, peers, and stakeholders and value collaboration across departments.
What you'll bring
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and problem-solving methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Internship, co-op, undergraduate research, or relevant engineering experience preferred.
