About the role
This role is designed to develop future Clinical Directors by providing exposure to resident care management, regulatory compliance, leadership development, team building, and community operations. The CDIT will assist with daily clinical functions while completing the training and development necessary to transition into a Clinical Director position.
What you'll bring
- Current and unrestricted LPN, LVN, or RN license in the state of practice.
- Current certifications and licensure required by state regulations.
- Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or healthcare.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Passion for serving seniors and creating meaningful resident experiences.
