About the role

We are seeking an uncommon professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Lead. We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead to join our IT Consumer and Sales Team. In this role, you be providing technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration of our Master Data Management Solution for Consumer Data that supports various business processes across Consumer Marketing, Sales, and Service. This position requires strong communication skills and solution focus, and will involve a high level of collaboration with other team members and internal customers across the organization. What you'll bring

• 10.Demonstrated experience with a master data management package.
• 11.Demonstrated experience with Consumer data record hygiene, match and merge capabilities.
• 12.Demonstrated experience with additional data domains such as organization and product.
• 13.Data integration or Service Layer design experience.
• 15.Strong technical experience in Java along with the core Microsoft technologies including Microsoft VB.NET, SQL Server, and others.
• 14.Familiarity with big data and analytics solutions preferred.
