About the role

In this role, you will perform calibration and maintenance activities to ensure reliable operation of equipment and facilities. You will work closely with other departments to support production schedules and maintain compliance with cGMP standards. This position offers the chance to contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence within a dynamic biomanufacturing environment. Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

What you'll bring

• High school diploma with at least 5+ years of relevant experience, or Technical/Associate degree or Bachelor's in a related maintenance field with 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility supporting equipment maintenance.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• General facility repair, maintenance, and up-keep skills.
• Ability to apply basic math.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Office systems.
• Ability to review data to ensure completeness and organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to execute or monitor corrective actions independently.
• This position requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, reading of written documents and use of computer monitor screen, reaching with hands and arms, talking, writing, listening.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, carrying, grasping.
• Must comply with EHS responsibilities for the position.
• Ability to operate within a clean room environment as needed.
• Experience with BlueMountain (BMRAM).
