- Working knowledge of fiber optic testing procedures
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing software, and email applications
- 100% fluent in English
- Knowledge of building/upstanding splice plans.
- Knowledge/experience with field/site walk-outs.
- Hands-on experience splicing and testing fiber optic networks
- Ability to speak Spanish or other languages is a plus.
- Experience providing hands-on instruction in either a field or classroom environment
- Experience with and knowledge of "underground" construction.
- Trenching, plowing, and boring.
- Direct bury and duct placement.
