Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services. Job Description • At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes • At least 4 years of experience in Unix, SQL, Java • Production support-batch monitoring/issue resolution • User support Handling • Incident management • Problem management • Driving Support efficiencies – doing FFAs, fixes, change management etc • Automation- using scripting/tool development. • At least Y years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment • At least X years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes • Analytical and Communication skills • project and talent management • Experience with project management Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
