This role reports directly to Rho’s Head of People & Talent and is based out of our NYC office, 5 days a week. . Everyone at Rho goes beyond their job description - whether it's hiring for a G&A role or guiding someone to their interview room, this role is no exception.

What you'll bring

• 5 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• A passion for experimentation and craft: you multiply your leverage with AI, try new tools, and refuse to stop until you get it right.
• Experience operating in high-accountability environments (startups, fintech, financial services, or similarly rigorous orgs).
• High ownership and accountability—you take responsibility for getting the job done.
• Strong knowledge of the talent market—where to find excellent builders, and how to speak their language.
• Operational excellence—you know how to run a disciplined search and coach hiring managers along the way.
• Clear, persuasive communication and storytelling skills.
• A bias toward action and sense of ownership.
