About the role

This role is focused on supporting and serving the overall goals of the Family Ministries Team with an emphasis on elementary students at Hill City Church.

What you'll bring

• Attend monthly staff Huddle
• Participate in trainings, organizational development, and processes required of all staff
• Adhere to all HR policies and procedures
• Maintain good standing as covenant member of Hill City
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• Demonstrated experience leading, developing, and managing teams
• Prior experience in leading church ministry
• Proven track record of ministry leadership within the local church
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Self-motivated leader with the ability to cast vision and execute with excellence
• Physically able to participate in activities alongside children and families
• preferably kids ministry
