About the role

As a Quality & Process Engineer you will be a key component to Storyteller’s Technology, Engineering, and Design (TED) team. You will work hand in hand with our production, quality, purchasing, service, and management teams to continuously improve our safety, quality, cost, and delivery metrics all while being an exceptional team player and a superior brand ambassador of our reputation within our vibrant community of vanlifers, adventure seekers, and outdoor enthusiasts.

What you'll bring

• 2+ years of engineering experience
• 2+ years of manufacturing/process engineering
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
• Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, high-impact position that requires high levels of attention to detail and follow through
• Experience in manufacturing/assembly environment, lean manufacturing experience a plus, experience with general hand/shop tools and willing to be hands on as needed, ability to effectively prioritize and complete tasks and projects while multitasking, exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, demonstrates the ability to work effectively in a team environment, active listener and relationship builder, MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
