About the role

For New York, the expected salary range for this position is between $135,000 and $145,000.   The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.  This position is also eligible for annual bonuses. What you'll bring

• Exceptional skill in analyzing data with Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain 100% data accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to conduct statistical analysis and provide data-driven business recommendations
• Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Ability to build rapport with employees and managers in conducting job reviews
• Experience conducting compensation surveys
• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, finance, statistics, or related field required
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS and reporting
• At least 3-5 years of experience with compensation data analysis and surveys
• The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
• This position is also eligible for annual bonuses.
• Law firm experience desired
