About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages full life cycle recruiting for AJC Group and is the go-to expert on our recruiting systems and process. This is a single-recruiter function supporting both platforms (Logistics and Food) across multiple countries from operational and functional to commercial sales and procurement roles. Regional HR team members collaborate with the Specialist on entry-level and site-based hiring as needed. The Specialist partners with hiring managers, leadership, and the Global HR team to translate manpower plans into hires, and is accountable for time-to-fill, quality of hire, and the integrity of the AJC recruitment process. The successful candidate is both a hands-on sourcer and a process owner who can carry long-term initiatives (reporting, SOPs, university and agent pipelines) through to completion.
