Title: Network Operations Engineer
What you'll bring
- 3+ years’ experience providing network, server & environmental infrastructure management support for internal and external customers:
- o System monitoring
- o Troubleshooting
- o Preventative maintenance
- o Performing MAC (Moves, Adds, and Changes)
- o Baselining traffic patterns
- o Investigating network abnormalities, etc.
- · Experience interfacing with vendor or 3rd party Network Operations Centers, internal customers & external customers
- · Experience with network monitoring systems & helpdesk/trouble ticketing systems
- · Knowledge troubleshooting with network protocol analysis software such as Wireshark, PCAP-ng and/or Ekahau
- · Familiarity of RF spectrum analyzers such as Wi-Spy and Fluke
- · Knowledge of ipswitch-Whatsup-Gold and reporting
