About the role
Wachter is seeking a motivated, solution-oriented Lead Journeyman Electrician licensed in Colorado for heavy commercial and industrial projects. You will act as the Foreman on-site, leading a team (typically 3-15 electricians) to deliver high-quality installations under tight deadlines. This is a long-term opportunity for a pro who can lead a crew while staying hands-on with complex electrical systems. Traveling specifically but not limited to Colorado, Kansas and New Mexico. What you'll bring
- Licensing: Valid COLORADO Journeyman Electrician License is required.
- Strong background in Industrial/Manufacturing systems (24v DC to 480v)
- Leadership: Proven ability to run larger projects and hit "time crunch" deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication
- ability to work independently or as a team.
- Flexibility: Must be willing to work up to 60 hours per week and travel nationwide.
