About the role
This is an In Office, 5 days/week Role.* Local Candidates Only. This role is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship* The Corporate Development Manager is responsible for supporting Agilysys' long-term growth strategy through pricing optimization, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate development initiatives. This role combines financial analysis, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to evaluate business opportunities, drive informed decision-making, and help maximize shareholder value. The position partners closely with Product Management, Sales, Operations, Finance, and executive leadership to influence key business strategies and initiatives
What you'll bring
- Agilysys
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Strategy Consulting, Accounting, or a related analytical field.
- Based on responsibilities outlined for the role.
- Demonstrated experience building complex financial models and conducting business analysis.
- Advanced financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
- Strong understanding of strategic planning, business performance metrics, and corporate finance principles.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop actionable recommendations.
- Experience supporting M&A evaluations, due diligence activities, and integration planning.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with Excel, financial planning tools, and presentation software.
