About the role
Work with product teams, the marketing organization, corporate services and the IS group to develop solution requirements in support of business objectives. The successful candidate will apply their analytical and business skills to evaluate existing solutions, products and processes as well as new market opportunities in support of the company’s strategic plan.
What you'll bring
- High-level business and user requirements, business processes, and training material in conjunction with cross-functional teams and customers;
- Decomposition of high-level business and user requirements into functional and nonfunctional requirements, specified in an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by developers and others who base their work on the requirements;
- Representation of requirements using alternative views, such as analysis models (diagrams), prototypes, or scenarios, where appropriate;
- Documentation of the operational business processes.
- Manage multiple assignments, along with ongoing (core) duties, simultaneously.
- Ideal candidate has a BA/BS degree and between 3 to 5 plus years experience in or showing knowledge of the following:
- Working with product teams and other organizational units to decompose highlevel business and stakeholder requirements into functional and non-functional
- Defining explicit business requirements in support of strategic and/or tactical projects.
- Establish and manage working relationships with and between several IS groups including software development, project management and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with internal customers and project team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- This includes initial planning and analysis, design, development, test and implementation stages to ensure that the business requirements are fully communicated, documented and satisfied.
- Lead requirement development process ensuring that requirements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, and verifiable.
