About the role
Advenir Azora is looking for a Marketing Technology Coordinator to own our property technology ecosystem after launch.
What you'll bring
- Hands-on experience with system configuration, permissions, data mapping, lead routing, integrations, testing, and vendor escalation
- Ability to turn business needs into controlled technical changes, and to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
- Strong project management, troubleshooting, documentation, and training skills
- Multifamily or property technology experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of Entrata marketing capabilities preferred
- familiarity with EliseAI, Tour24, SOCi, or comparable platforms is a plus
