We are looking for a B2B Travel Advisor Support to support our travel partners. In this role, you will:
What you'll bring
- Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or travel.
- Comfortable communicating with international partners (calls & email).
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Commercial mindset and proactive attitude.
- Passion for travel.
- Night shifts, 19:45h to 05:00h.
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus).
- Passionate about travel and exotic destinations!
- Master at communication, listening and soft skills!
- Able to assess a caller’s needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Self-starter, self-managed, responsible, dedicated, and tenacious.
