About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Salesforce Technical Architect / Senior Developer to lead the implementation, customization, and integration of a Tender Management solution along with pricing strategy and contract life cycle management in Salesforce. If you have a strong background in Salesforce architecture, hands-on development, and proven experience driving large-scale, global projects in complex enterprise environments we are more then happy to get to know you!

What you'll bring

• Proven track record of working on multiple large-scale, complex Salesforce projects, in a global context.
• Proficient in Salesforce security configurations, including flows, role hierarchies, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets to ensure data integrity and access control.
• Skilled in writing and executing test cases and test scripts, with hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and managing end-to-end test workflows.
• Assess and design solutions by evaluating standard Salesforce functionalities against the need for custom development.
• Background in the pharmaceutical or a related healthcare/regulated industry is a significant advantage.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Technical/System Architect, Salesforce Platform Developer) are valued.
• The knowledge of Copado, Github or other gearset tools is a plus.
