About the role
As a Branch Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of Client Management Specialists/Buyers who act as the point of contact for a sales agent(s) processing client products and business portfolios. You will be responsible for leading the CMS/Buyer team, reinforcing compliance with all Stephen Gould policies, procedures, and behavioral expectations, in alignment with our 5 Principles. As an OM you will manage a team of (2-15+) Client Management Specialists, Buyers, and/or Project Managers who are directly partnered with the sales force to process Stephen Gould’s portfolio of business. As an OM you will be responsible for monitoring performance levels of the CMS/Buyer/PM team, writing and delivering performance reviews, as well as making annual compensation recommendations. You will be the escalation point for suppliers, customers, sales agents, branch and corporate partners, and employees in terms of issue resolution.
What you'll bring
- Associate degree in Business or related discipline + 5 years of experience required.
- 3+ years of experience managing a team required
- Experience in managing a customer service team in a supply chain or logistics environment.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and virtual communication and collaboration tools
- Experience in a corporate sales and service environment
- Experience in developing employees and workforce planning
