The Production Helper supports packaging operations and reports to the Shift Supervisor. This entry-level role assists experienced production team members with material handling, packaging, inspection, and workplace safety activities. The position offers opportunities to learn additional production processes while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safe work practices.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Basic math, reading, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Fundamental computer literacy.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• H.B.
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, or material handling.
• Forklift operation experience or certification.
• Strong attention to detail in inspection and quality checks.
• Eligibility to work in the location of employment and ability to work assigned shifts.
