You will be the main point of contact for all customer service issues, maintain sales goals, educate on the benefits of our unlimited wash club memberships, as well as maintain the appearance and performance of the site. You will also be responsible for motivating your employees and for carrying out site goals.
What you'll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2–5 years of leadership experience
- At least 2 years of customer service experience with proven de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams.
- Must be able to close the site one night per week.
- Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- preferably in a customer-facing or operational role.
