About the role

This role requires a highly experienced leader who can operate across multiple internal and external teams as a cross-functional working group, manage complex CTV advertising and content ecosystems, and drive measurable business outcomes through coordinated media and marketing efforts.

What you'll bring

• 8–12+ years of experience in retail media, digital advertising, or related fields, with demonstrated leadership at the director level.
• Proven experience working with major retail partners
• Strong understanding of retail media networks, ad operations, data integration, and performance measurement.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive alignment across multiple teams.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience with CTV plus in-store marketing activities integration is a plus.
• New Jersey, to support collaboration with geographically distributed teams.
• preferably national or similar large-scale retailers.
