The Strategic Defense Solution engineering organization in Binghamton, NY is looking for an exceptionally motivated engineer to design and develop electrical systems for the integration of electronic equipment on military/commercial aircraft and ground stations.

- The design includes creating system wiring diagrams, circuit breaker panels, control panels and other items using Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools.
- Engineering duties will span the entire product lifecycle, from requirements capture and analysis, through design, testing, and production to ensure that designs meet requirements at minimum cost.
- Designs can include development of power distribution, electrical loads analysis, and load shedding scheme along with the opportunity to support testing and integration of systems on a trainer.
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
