• You can read a set of prints without being walked through them
• You show up on time, work clean, and take pride in what you install
• Valid driver’s license
• We do not require 5 years of experience, a laundry list of certifications, or a cover letter.
• We require people who are serious about the trade.
• 3+ years of commercial electrical experience — new construction background preferred
• Journeyman’s License preferred, but not required for the right candidate with the right attitude
