About the role
WHAT’S THE JOB? The Housekeeping Supervisor leads and coordinates all Housekeepers and Janitors, ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of the accommodation and common facilities meet Dexterra’ s highest standards. This role is critical to the success of a rapidly scaling operation. The project will launch at approximately 500 rooms and expand quickly to 2,000 rooms, requiring strong leadership, planning, and execution. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for day‑to‑day supervision, workforce scheduling, quality control, and coordination with the Site Manager to support operational growth. The successful candidate will be a hands‑on leader who sets expectations, drives accountability, and ensures facilities remain clean, safe, and guest‑ready at all times.
What you'll bring
- WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 8+ years of experience in housekeeping or a related facilities services field
- 8+ years of experience in a senior or supervisory housekeeping role
- Experience supporting large‑scale or rapidly growing accommodation environments
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams, schedules, and priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Prior experience in workforce accommodations, hospitality, or institutional environments preferred
- Familiarity with accommodation or property management software is an asset
