In this role, you’ll provide personal care and assist with daily activities and rehabilitative exercises, helping patients live safely and comfortably in their own homes. What you'll bring
- High School Diploma or GED and successful completion of a Home Health Aide program within 12 months of hire, OR
- Current Home Health Aide Certification (no diploma/GED required if you're currently certified)
