WinnCompanies is seeking a Property Manager I to join our team at Calistoga I and Calistoga II, two multifamily residential communities totaling up to 78-units located in Calistoga, CA. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations, leasing, financial performance, maintenance, and compliance of the community while delivering exceptional resident service. The ideal candidate has experience in property management, multifamily housing, leasing, resident relations, and team leadership, and is committed to maintaining a high-performing, well-managed community.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in property management, multifamily housing, leasing, or residential operations.
• A current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
• Previous supervisory, team lead, leadership, or employee development experience.
• Knowledge of property management operations and landlord-tenant laws.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and web-based business applications.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse residents, colleagues, and vendors.
• Strong attention to detail and financial accountability.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
