About the role
As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will play a key role in fostering a creative, engaging, and loving learning atmosphere for our students. You will have the opportunity to implement age-appropriate lesson plans, assess student progress, and collaborate closely with parents and colleagues—all while sharing the love of Jesus. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated educator who has a heart for early childhood education. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of children during their most formative years. While the official position begins for the 2025-2026 school year, we are seeking to hire a Lead Preschool Teacher in the summer of 2025 for onboarding, training, and classroom preparation.
What you'll bring
- DCF (Department of Children and Families) Certification is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children and creating a fun, enriching educational experience.
- Ability to foster a loving, Christian environment for children and families.
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred.
