About the role

EPI Power is seeking a Safety Manager to be located at a data center project in Cedar Rapids, IA. This role requires the ability to work 6 days per week, Monday – Saturday (58 hours per week).

What you'll bring

• Work in a formal safety capacity and four years of construction safety experience
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Broad-based background in multiple phases of construction.
• Business acumen, conflict resolution, and coaching ability are a must.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Effective communication skills, with strong technical writing skills.
• The ability to speak in front of large groups.
• Proven leadership skills in motivating and mentoring all levels of employees.
• Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and have the ability to learn additional software.
• Training will be provided on company standards.
• Data center construction experience is preferred
