About the role

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong background in women’s health, gynecological care, and hormone optimization to join our growing practice. This is not a traditional clinic-only provider position. We are looking for someone who is passionate about women’s health and hormone optimization while also having the drive, personality, and entrepreneurial mindset to help develop, implement, lead, and grow a comprehensive Peptide & Wellness Program for both women and men. We aren’t simply looking for another provider to fill an existing schedule. We are looking for the right provider to take ownership of an exciting and growing service line—someone who wants to help create the program, become an expert and educator in the space, build community relationships, and play an important role in its long-term success.

What you'll bring

• Current and unrestricted Iowa ARNP/NP or PA license, or ability to obtain appropriate Iowa licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Appropriate national board certification.
• Excellent communication, patient education, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Women’s health or gynecological experience strongly preferred.
• Hormone replacement/optimization experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with or advanced knowledge of peptide therapy is preferred
